| It marks a new era. In addition to four high-octane Min Pins, we now have added Suave, a 5 year-old, mellow ex-racer greyhound. His racing stats show that he had an illustrious career on the track, but when he retired he was picked up by an adoption facility in Garden Grove, CA, called Hemopet. Hemopet is a canine blood bank and the greyhounds spend some time as donors before entering the adoption program. Everyone there works hard to make sure the greys are treated well, loved, and promoted for adoption. Sincere thanks to Betty, Wayne, Josh, and Ken who all helped and nurtured Suave and me through the adoption process. The pictures below are from Suave's first day home. We'll shoot more in the days to follow. |
